Your comments about your travel experience are appreciated.
In case of denied boarding, cancellation of a flight, a flight delay of more than 4 hours,
a baggage or a cargo irregularity, we request you to complete the below form.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience which you may possibly experience. However, we put first and foremost reliability and safety, while taking all necessary measures to prevent a flight, a baggage or a cargo irregularity.

Your claim has been forwarded to the Claim department and shall be checked for completeness.
In case you did not submit the requested documents, your claim will not be processed.

If a claim is made by a third party on behalf of the passenger, it is important that a notarized authorization is submitted.
