For USD 5.00 Blue Ribbon Bag will  track and expedite the return of your “missing / lost” baggage for the first 96 hours of the bag being lost.

How does it work ??

* Via our Ticketing Office in Paramaribo or our Call Center you can place a request and pay for your Blue Ribbon Bag service.(* For now, only available in Suriname). This must be purchased before your flight departure from Suriname. 
* If your baggage is delayed, report this at the “Lost and Found” department at the airport where the irregularity has occurred.
* Contact “Blue Ribbon Bags” via their website www.blueribbonbags.com and file a report within 24 hours. You will need the above-mentioned report to submit when filing the report at Blue Ribbon Bags.
*  Blue Ribbon Bags will be in contact with you and  you will receive updates on your phone about status changes of your bag.
* When your missing/lost bag is not found within 96 hours after reporting to Blue Ribbon Bags,  you will receive  USD 1,000!
