Days under the blue sky, and evenings under the moonlight. Whether it’s a beach party, neighborhood party or a concert, the outdoor parties on Aruba are great fun and free. The 20th edition of the Soul Beach Music Festival (SBMF) will be organized from May 20th-25th.
Five days of music, with various comedy shows in between. A unique combination of sensation and relaxation in an intimate setting. According to the influential newspaper USA Today, Aruba’s SBMF is among the top 5 festivals of the Caribbean. And when it comes to a Caribbean summer festival it comes first, according to the luxury travel magazine Jetsettter.
Just like the previous editions, Aruba’s 2020 SBMF will once again stand out with a line-up of top artists. The absolute highlight of the festival is pop singer Mariah Carey, multiple Grammy Award winner and best-selling artist of the nineties. Hip-hop on a laidback soul beat will be coming from The Roots, also a multiple award winner, known for appearing in several movies and as the house band for The NBC Tonight Show of Jimmy Fallon . More about this band see this link.
Another artist who has also confirmed, is actor and comedian Deon Cole. Last year the Netflix artist was already on the SBMF stage and he is expected to once again win over the audience with his jokes. For more info go to #SBMF 2020 and #deoncole.
As usual, the concerts will be followed by after parties. The main location of the music event is the Harbor Square Arena.
As one of the destinations of Surinam Airways, the beautiful island of Aruba guarantees a great time. Make a reservation and stay informed about the Soul Beach Music Festival through the following links:
