Musical treats and a delicious buffet at the Surinam Airways 'Owruyari' celebration

Whether it is the year-end closing at a small or a large company; the 'Owruyari' celebration is important in Suriname. This is also the case with Surinam Airways!

Whether it is the year-end closing at a small or a large company; the ‘Owruyari’ celebration is important in Suriname. This is also the case with Surinam Airways! MC Andy Vliese ensured that the formal part with the speeches went smoothly. With lots of humor, he kept a close eye on time.

After the speeches, Vliese had a very nice surprise in store. None other than Kenny B rushed forward in front of the microphone.

After the performance of this popular top artist, the long-awaited announcement followed: the buffet is opened. But first … the launch of the pagara!

Everyone gladly stands in line for the delicious food which is provided by SurAir Catering, again this years.

The nice thing about such a beautiful afternoon is that Surinam Airways, as a proud Surinamese company, has everything in-house: its own smooth MC, great catering and in-house DJ. Another treat follows, at three o’clock the top band Sabaku increases the ‘owruyari’ atmosphere with live music. A Happy New Year starts with Surinam Airways!

The day before the party was at the subsidiary METS, which ended the year under a tent at the entrance with speeches and a sambura band.
