Due to the COVID-19 pandemic governments have implemented new entry requirement for passengers.

1 Valid Travel documents
2 If you are traveling from Suriname to the Netherlands, you must present 1 of the 3 following documents :
* A negative NAAT (PCR) test result conducted up to maximum 48 hours prior to departing to the Netherlands
* A negative ANTIGEN test result conducted maximum 24 hours prior to departure to the Netherlands.
This rule applies to everyone aged 12 or over and also to all returning EU-nationals. Arrangements have been made so that the test can be conducted in a facility at the

* Proof of Vaccination
Travelers who are fully vaccinated 14 (fourteen) days prior to their travel date can enter the Netherlands, unless they are traveling from a country that has been designated as a very high risk area. They need to present their proof of vaccination when requested.
Are you travelling with a proof of recovery? Then your proof of recovery must have been issued by an EU member state. Your positive PCR/NAAT test must not have been taken less than 11 days ago or more than 180 days ago.

Passengers are requested to preferably complete the Online Digital version of the Quarantine Declaration and present the received approval message. Read more about and to complete the online digital Quarantine Declaration here.
As of September 22 nd, 2021 passengers who are fully vaccinated are not required to quarantine if they are fully vaccinated.
You are fully vaccinated:
14 days after receiving your second dose of a two-dose vaccine approved by the EMA or that falls under the WHO Emergency Listing; or
28 days after receiving the single-dose Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine; or
14 days after after receiving 1 dose of any of these vaccines after a coronavirus infection more than 6 months ago.
You must always have a completed quarantine declaration, even if you do not have to quarantine. In some cases you will need to prove why the exception applies to you.
